Pinewoods Organization Executive Director Our executive director manages the camp and directs the Pinewoods organization, day-to-day, and year 'round. Board of Directors The Board of Directors represent each user group, the Conant family, and our pond neighbors. The board makes decisions about maintaining and improving the facility, approves the budget, sets fees, and advises the executive director. Committees The committees are composed of board members and other interested and knowledgable parties. Each committee oversees some aspect of camp business. User Groups The User Groups provide the programming at each session. They hire the staff, register the campers and plan the programs.
